From Highway 620 proceed west 17 miles on Highway 71 west to a Valero gas station convenience store. Turn right on Burnet County Road #413 at the Valero. If you come to a business called Mueller Metal Buildings on Hwy 71 you missed Co Rd 413. Stay on Co Rd # 413 for about 2.3 miles. About 1 mile after Co. Rd 404 merges onto Co Rd 413 (on your left) you will see an old road on your left. There is a small sign on your left that says "MCA Ranch" and another sign that says "DEAD END". Take a left on this old road. There will be a 2 story frame house on the left and the lot is on the left just past that house. You will see my sign. You will also see a lot of fresh cedar mulch spread on the ground as the Sellers had some tree work done and they shredded the branches that were cleared.
